- When, as per customer or supplier request, Resilinc updates an already normalized supplier name to a new name, the changes will not automatically reflect in the customer portal.
- The customer needs to update the supplier details in the CDIF file and upload it again.
- Once the file is successfully processed, the updated supplier name and its details will be reflected in the portal.
- Impact on Supplier Users:
- Existing supplier user accounts will not be automatically transferred to the updated supplier name.
- Users mapped to the old supplier name will need to register again under the updated supplier name to access the portal.
