- Setting up DFI for the first time is a coordinated effort between you (the customer) and your Resilinc implementation contact (which could be your Implementation Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Digital Engagement Manager, or Supplier Success Manager).
- Here is what each party is responsible for:
- Your responsibilities as the customer:
- Identify the data you need to load (suppliers, sites, parts, products, etc.) and work with your data team to extract it from your ERP or internal systems.
- Provide source files in the agreed format (.xlsx or .csv UTF-8).
- Review and confirm that the field mapping performed by your Resilinc contact accurately reflects the data you intended to load.
- Drop source files in the SFTP folder for each data load.
- Review data validation reports and correct any errors in your source files.
- Your Resilinc contact's responsibilities:
- Train you on data requirements, mandatory fields, and Resilinc's data structure.
- Raise a request to enable the DFI module on your portal.
- Coordinate the SFTP folder setup.
- Perform and verify the AI Field Mapping for your source files.
- Guide you through test loads and validation before going live.
