- If a customer includes a Site External ID in the CDIF file, it will be available for that site in the system.
- If the Site External ID is not provided in the CDIF file, the field will remain blank for that site.
- As a result, it is expected that some sites have Site External IDs while others do not, depending on the data provided by the customer.
