What does the "Probable Weeks Delay" column on the WarRoom details page represent, and how is this data generated?

  • The "Probable Weeks Delay" column on the Suppliers grid within a WarRoom’s Details page represents the predicted number of weeks by which a supplier’s delivery (typically Purchase Orders) may be delayed due to a specific disruption event.
  • This value is generated by Resilinc’s AI-powered predictive solution called "PO Predict." This product continuously monitors customer Purchase Orders and, when a major disruption occurs in the customer’s supplier network, it leverages historical and real-time data to predict the potential delivery delay.
  • Unlike manually uploaded data, the Probable Weeks Delay is automatically generated by Resilinc’s AI model. This model is trained on the customer’s integrated PO data provided via Pipeline Integration using SFTP and calculates probable delays specific to the disruption event, supplier, and impact conditions.
  • This predictive functionality is available only after the customer has completed the integration and training phase of the PO Predict setup.
