What does the "PO Delay" column on the WarRoom listing page represent, and how is this data uploaded by customers?

  • The "PO Delay" column on the WarRoom listing page represents the predicted delay (in weeks) for a Purchase Order (PO) from a supplier due to a specific event.
  • This information is part of Resilinc’s PO Predict feature, which uses AI to estimate delays based on event impact and historical data.
  • Customers do not upload this data manually. Instead, PO information is shared via a Pipeline Integration using SFTP (Secure File Transfer Protocol). Once the customer’s PO data is integrated, a custom AI model is trained using their historical and current PO information.
  • Based on this model, Resilinc predicts potential PO delays and populates the "PO Delay" column accordingly for relevant WarRooms.
  • This functionality is available only after proper setup and training of the customer-specific PO Predict AI model.
