Why are my suppliers directed to the login page after clicking on a Supplier Impact Confirmation email?

  • Supplier Impact Notification emails (also known as SICs) are sent as emails to Emergency Contacts when a disruption event occurs.
  • Once a supplier receives the email:
    • All links & buttons in the email are valid for 60 days, until they are clicked by the supplier.
    • Clicking any of these links or buttons will direct the supplier to the Open Source page, where they can submit event responses after verifying the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code sent to their email.
    • Once any link/button in a specific email is clicked, the links remain active for 72 hours, after which users will always be asked to login into the portal irrespective of the link/button clicked.
