Why are the 'Partner Score' and 'Survey Section Scores' blank in the 'Partner Section Risk Score' grid on the Survey Dashboard, even though my supplier has submitted the assessment?

The 'Partner Score' will only be calculated and displayed if at least one question has a weight and point assigned in the custom assessment.
Similarly, "Survey Section Scores" are calculated only if at least one question in each survey section has a weight and point assigned.
If no questions have weights or points assigned, the system cannot compute the scores, resulting in blank values on the Survey Dashboard.
So, it is recommended that you assign weights and points to at least one question in each section to ensure these scores are calculated and displayed.
