- User-overwritten risk factor scores will always be retained, even though scores are updated by Resilinc or via backend updates.
For example:
- If the Geopolitical score of Japan is initially 6 and a user overwrites it to 8, after a refresh by Resilinc, the score will remain 8.
- If the Financial score of a supplier is currently 6 and a user overwrites it to 9, after a Resilinc backend update, the score will remain 9.
- In both scenarios, the user-overwritten scores will not be replaced by the refreshed scores and will have high priority.
