- The Category Supplier tab under the Categories section offers a detailed view of how different part categories are assigned across suppliers. This tab lists all supplier-category combinations and their associated risk and sourcing details in a tabular format. It supports multi-level analysis of part sourcing by providing metrics related to parts, products, supplier sites, and revenue risk.

Column Name | Description |
Supplier | The supplier providing parts for the category. |
DUNS / Ultimate DUNS | Unique identifier for the supplier and its ultimate parent company. |
# Total Parts | Total number of Customer Part Numbers (CPNs) in this supplier-category combination. |
# Products | Number of products associated with those parts. |
# Sites | Count of supplier sites providing the parts. |
# Sole Sourced | Parts that are not only single sourced, but also constrained to only one supplier globally. |
# Single Sourced | Parts for which only one partner is currently qualified to supply. This does not necessarily mean the part cannot be sourced from others, just that no alternates are presently in place. |
# Multi Sourced | Number of parts with more than one qualified and active supplier. Indicates greater sourcing flexibility and lower risk. |
Resiliency Risk | A calculated score indicating supply chain risk based on part, site, supplier, and geography-level data. Color coding helps prioritize risk levels. |
Supplier Type | It shows the supplier types assigned to the specific supplier |
Data Source | Indicates the origin of the data. |
Revenue at Risk | The estimated revenue exposed to risk for this supplier-category combination. |
Sourcing | Displays the sourcing model for each record, such as Single Sourced or Multi Sourced, based on real-time part sourcing data. |
- You can also click on the Category name in the Category column to navigate to the Category Details page for further insights.

- Filters (Left Sidebar): The filter panel allows users to narrow down the supplier-category data. It is divided into three main sections:
- Basic Filters:
- Supplier – Filter data for a specific supplier.
- Part Category – View supplier data by part category.
- Country Sites – Filter based on the location of supplier sites.
- Product Family Filters:
- Filter data based on specific product families.
- User Defined Attributes (UDAs):
- Filter the data using custom-defined fields created by the customer, such as region tags, strategic priority, or internal classifications.
- Basic Filters:
- Filters (Left Sidebar): The filter panel allows users to narrow down the supplier-category data. It is divided into three main sections:
- Column Customization (Right Sidebar): Show or hide data fields using the column selector on the right panel.
- Export & Search:
- Use the download icon to export the table in Excel format.
- Use the search bar to quickly find specific column and select that column to visible on the grid.
- Configure Your Category Preferences:
- Click on this option (top-right of the table) and you will be redirected to the Personal Preference and Notifications settings, where you can customize how categories are grouped, sorted, and displayed across all Category pages.
