Does chat feature available within Resilinc solution support only in English language?

  • Chat feature for support in the portal support all the languages supported by google translator.  
  • User can initiate a chat in any language by putting their question in "You Question" input box in their language (e.g Chinese).

  • Also, chat agent will receive question in the language (e.g. Chinese) user initiated a chat as well as English.

  • Chat agent will type the response based on the question asked in English however the user will see the response in English as well as the native language he/she has used.
