- In such cases, the system considers the overall event response as partial and continues to display the impact status as “Potential.”
- The impact status will only be updated once all relevant tiers (e.g., Tier 1, Tier 2) have submitted their responses. Until then, the system retains the “Potential” status to indicate that the data collection is incomplete.
