I am an existing customer currently using CDIF or DLA. How do I transition to Dataflow Integration?

• If you are an existing customer with an active production portal, Resilinc follows a careful, phased approach to transition you to DFI so your live data and analytics are not affected.
• Here is the standard transition process:
  • Phase 1 - Test Portal Setup:
    1. Your Resilinc contact creates a dedicated test portal for your organization (for example, "Your Company DFI Test") and enables DFI on it.
    2. If you were previously set up with DLA, your existing SFTP location is reused and linked to the test portal. If no SFTP existed before, a new one is created.
  • Phase 2 - Test Runs: 
    1. You place your source files in the designated test SFTP location. 
    2. Your Resilinc contact imports the files, performs the AI Field Mapping, reviews validation results, and completes test loads on the test portal. 
    3. Multiple test runs may be performed until the data quality and field mapping are fully validated.
  • Phase 3 - Finalization and Go-Live: 
    1. Once the source files and mapping are confirmed as correct, the "Finalized" toggle is enabled. 
    2. The finalized DFI setup is then moved to your main production portal. 
    3. Going forward, you can run data loads independently on your production portal by simply placing files in the SFTP location linked to it.

Your existing production data is completely unaffected throughout this process, as all testing happens on the separate test portal.
