Why does the Company Admin receive CDIF Auto-Load success emails but not Auto-Load failure notifications? Can customers be added to receive Auto-Load failure emails?

  • CDIF Auto-Load email notifications are designed with different recipients based on the type of event (success vs. failure).

  • Auto-Load Success Emails:
    • These emails are sent to configured customer administrators, such as Company Admins.
    • This ensures customers are informed when scheduled or automated data loads complete successfully.

  • Auto-Load Failure Emails:
    • Auto-Load failure notifications are not configured to be sent to customers.
    • These emails are currently sent only to:
      • Resilinc Data Tracking teams
      • Digital Engagement Manager (CSMs)
