Why does the Company Admin receive CDIF Auto-Load success emails but not Auto-Load failure notifications? Can customers be added to receive Auto-Load failure emails?

CDIF Auto-Load email notifications are designed with different recipients based on the type of event (success vs. failure).
Auto-Load Success Emails:
- These emails are sent to configured customer administrators, such as Company Admins.
- This ensures customers are informed when scheduled or automated data loads complete successfully.
Auto-Load Failure Emails:
- Auto-Load failure notifications are not configured to be sent to customers.
- These emails are currently sent only to:
  - Resilinc Data Tracking teams
  - Digital Engagement Manager (CSMs)
