How do I start a new data import in Dataflow Integration?

Once your source files are placed in the SFTP folder, follow these steps to initiate an import:

• From the left navigation menu in the Resilinc portal, click on "Dataflow Integration" (under the "Load Data" section).
• You will land on the "Imports" tab. At the top of the page, you will see summary tiles showing the count of "Imports In Progress," "Imports with Errors," and "Imports Completed."
• Click the blue "New Import" button in the top right corner.
• In Step 1 (Import Settings): Give your dataflow a name (this helps you identify it later in the import history). The pre-configured SFTP connection details (Host, Port, folder paths) are displayed here for your reference. Click "Next."
• In Step 2 (Upload Details): The system will automatically scan your SFTP folders and show how many files were detected. Click the "xx files found" hyperlink to verify that all intended files are listed. If the expected files appear, click "Import Now."
• The import will appear in the table with the status "In Progress - Bronze layer." The "New Import" button will be disabled until this load is fully complete.
