- The AI Field Mapping tool in the "Field Mapping" tab is visible only to the user who has been assigned the "Primary CSM" role on your customer portal. This is typically your Resilinc implementation contact.
- This role-based access ensures that mapping decisions are reviewed and confirmed by someone who understands both your data structure and Resilinc's data model, preventing accidental or incorrect field mapping.
- As the customer, your role during the field mapping step is accountability - you are expected to confirm with your Resilinc contact that the mapping reflects what was agreed upon, and that the right data fields are being loaded into the right places in the portal.
- Once mapping is finalized (via the "Finalized" toggle), this step no longer requires any intervention from your Resilinc contact for future imports.
